Platinum Concrete
Platinum Concrete kicked off in 2020 when two friends got sidelined from their regular jobs due to COVID-19.
Kilby brought his solid background in concrete and brick laying, while Bianca brought her expertise from the building and design world, armed with qualifications in architecture and quantity surveying.
As the construction industry picked up pace, Platinum Concrete dove headfirst into projects of all sizes, from major developments to small-scale endeavors. Along the way, we discovered our niche: specialising in residential driveways and landscaping. From sleek driveways to vibrant yards, we've been rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty ever since.
At Platinum Concrete, we're more than just concrete experts—we're people persons. We value our clients and pride ourselves on our transparent approach. At Platinum Concrete, our dedication to our work doesn't clock out at 5. As small business owners, we're often still on the grind, with our minds buzzing with plans and projects. You can still count on us to pick up the phone if you call, but be warned: when the NZ Warriors hit the field, our die-hard NRL fandom kicks in, and we might be a bit preoccupied.
Extending our obsession for the NRL, we're proud supporters and sponsors of Te Paamu Sports Club and Te Puke Tigers Junior Rugby League, deeply invested in nurturing our community's sporting spirit and youth development. This commitment to our local scene reflects our values of cultural integrity and community support.
In addition to our rugby league passion, we're also backing a young talent named Cartier on his journey to conquer a world title in Jiu Jitsu before he hits double digits. Supporting Cartier is just one more way we're involved in empowering our community's youth to reach for the stars.
